Jap North East Meet 1st April Nissan, just wondering if any1 is going my zed is still of the road but still nice meet to meet folks.

Hi Everybody Rising Sun Car Show is back for 2012 and hopefully the weather will be much nicer this year. We have changed the dates to move away from the Bank Holiday and hopefully will be a bit warmer. The dates are Saturday 26th May and Sunday 27th May. Entry on Friday from 2pm onwards. What’s on this year :- Awards will be for awarded for both days, but will be presented Sunday afternoon. hey guys, i wanna sell my Z, its just not enough for me and im starting to get bitter about it. really small niggly bits that bug me that if it was a TT and i was happy with its performance i would happily overlook as a , ill get to it bug... However.... the engine runs faultlessly, sounds awsome, But it just isnt a TT. im looking for a TT, preferbly a MAnuel, i know for the money im likely to get for mine id be lucky if i could afford a 1.0 Nova. but i mite be just, pesimistic. Anyone from the northwest areas convoying, or even goin to the japfest this year. Ill be going down early, depending on what time the track session is this year, has been daft oclock in previous years. Have thought about going down the night before and staying over if its mega early but just want to see what everones doing. cheers danny

Well, I had to get up at stupid o'clock to meet Dave (Red Lyon owner) at 8.30am for my MOT, he very kindly had managed to squeeze me in to his rather hectic testing station schedule... Poor Dave had been working from 5.30am!!! He ushered me in and got to work.... some time later, I was a very happy little boy with a pass certificate in my grubby hands. hey guys! i know we settled on saturday daytime for the next meet. but are we going for the 31/03/12 or the 07/04/12 the only reason i ask is ill probly be skint by the 7th lol! think ill have the bride and baby in tow this time as theres a real good playhouse over the road from the cross, so they will come to say hell then go play in the ball pool :-) (then i will) :-)

Hey guys! after a little bit of discussion it has been mentioned that saturday afternoon may be a better option for the meet than friday night? i can see some sence to this, as if were meeting in the dark all the time we dont get a chance to check out all the sweet rides that turn up. (ian in his astra, me in my citroen xsara, keith in his galaxy(was it a galaxy?) etc lol). ill put a poll up and see what everyone thinks
