Following on from the success of our "Head-Up" and "Bracket" rounds in 2011, Mr F has made some major changes to the format of this year's Drag Challenge and also addressed the criticism of Santa Pod's indifference to RWYB participants. This year we will have four rounds at Shakespeare County Raceway where we can run Z Club dedicated Bracket Eliminations, three rounds at North Weald where we can run dedicated Z Club "Heads-Up" eliminations and just three rounds at Santa Pod where the previous years' format will apply. See the updated Drag Challenge rules for more detail. Dates as follows: 22nd April: Round 1 Shakespeare County - with Bracket Eliminator 6th May…

On behalf of the Team at JG CAR SHOWS, I would like to thank everyone that supported the St. Asaph Car Show today in the beautiful surroundings of Llanerch Park, which opened the Car Show season in N. Wales. With 400+ Exhibitors attending and the sun shining away we could not have asked for a better day for the first show. I would like to say a special thank you to Luke Knightly and the Team at Knightlys Fun Parks for providing the chidrens rides and also to Garry and Shirley Quarteman from Arnage Motorcare for donating the Autoglym raffle prize. With so many fantastic vehicles on display it always make judging difficult but I'm sure you will agree that the…

The meet occurs on the first Tuesday night of every month, so it's just after payday and the evenings are starting to get lighter now, very little excuse not to make it, even I drive 45 miles to get to it and I'm tight! lol Pictures of the March meet can be seen in this thread on zclub.net Squires can be found here on Google Maps I for one would really really love to see some more Z's turn up to this, show some of the Skylines and other 'iconic' cars up a bit. We already get 4 - 6 regular 350/370 owners turning up and there were 5 Z32s there last month, I reckon we can do better this month!

I dont think the Mids meet on the 8th is gonna be a go'er as its easter, however, I am going to the above show on the 15th of April, dont be misled by the title or the web site http://hellybort.moonfruit.com/...last year was a great event with many clubs showing, Skyline, American, Cobra and many single entries with Jags, Porche, etc, etc. There was also Millatry, Emergency Service, Haulage and more. If the weather is good it will be a great day....
