Firstly, I'd like to thank Chris (Chris@GetGReddy) for the hard work and time he has dedicated to arranging the NW events for the year and a half. He has stepped down from the role for a number of reasons. So, we are in need of a new NW events organiser, are you interested??? This person would be expected to arrange local meets and also to work with myself and other regional events organisers in arranging the national events/meets. Please put your name down if your interested. If there is more than 1 candidate a poll will be held to be decided by members. Thanks Rich

All japanese car owners are welcome. Butlins - Minehead 2nd December Adults - 3 day break £65.20pp :duffer: Right guys, me and Sharon(yami) think its about time we all went away for a weekend. Sharon came up with the excellent idea of Butlins. The date that looks good is 2nd December and its a 3 night, adult only break in Minehead. The weekend features bands, DJs, comedy and chill out rooms. The price for the weekend is £65.20pp. That is half-board so bkfast and dinner is included in the price. Deposits are going to be £30pp and ideally we need to book by the end of next week as final payment must be made by 2nd October. If possible anyone who is coming could bring their deposit to…

Must be that time again lads. :D :D Who's up for a meet this weekend? Was thinking about Sunday 18th @ 12:00pm at Scotch Corner Services. We have quite a few lads travelling from North/West Yorkshire, so think this suits the majority. I'm open to alternative suggestions, so give me a shout. It's me 1st meet as NE Events Organiser, so I'm hoping for a good turn out Cheers Steve

Hi everyone. I am now the North East's new Events Organiser. I'm taking over from CadPaul. I would like to take this opportunity to once again thank Paul for his hard work and enthusiasm he put into the role over the past year and a half. He's now set the standard for me to follow and hopefuly improve on. I'm very much looking forward to becoming more involved in this cracking car club. Think most guys in the North East & North Yorkshire know me by now, as I've attended our meets for about a year. If anyone has any new ideas or suggestions, please don't hestitate to contact me. Whether it's frequency of meets or maybe new meeting places to try. Steve Tur…

Hi there everyone After speaking to your club sec about this he has let me post up to tell you all about our new club/site dedicated to drifting ProjectFDT (Falkirk Drift Team) is a club set up by Drifting enthusiasts for people who have a passion for drifting. We are also in association with Logic Imports a new business, which imports cars from Japan at very competitive rates, and ca…

Well, just had a thought. We have our nice big meet soon. Just wondering....in a few months or so, if anyone is interested, all go karting somewhere. Could be good as there looks to be a decent about of interest in the SW scene. :) There's a karting centre in Bridgwater and (I think) one near Cheddar....I'm sure there are more nearer the centre of the area...Exeter maybe? ....just a thought.
