Hey all, Steve Turnbull (Steve-300zx) has decided to stand down from the NE & Yorks REO to concentrate on his role of Membership Secretary, therefor I have decided to appoint Phil Scaife (Apache) as the new REO. Many thanks to Steve for the meets he's arranged whilst being the REO and to his support he has given myself and the other REO's. Well done to Phil, and i'll have a chat with you very soon. Cheers Rich

Basically this is a Japanese Car Meet which happens every second monday of the month. Food is good, cheap (2 for 1) and you will see some of the best and worst examples of japanese motoring the North West has to offer :) May, June & July tend to be the busiest this meet ever gets so there will be lots of cars to have a look at. Location Mascrat Manor Manchester Rd, Woolston, Warrington, Cheshire WA3 6DR Tel: 01925 812923 >> Map Here We usually aim to get there between 6.30 - 7pm and we usually park at the very top right of the car park next to the wacky warehouse. This is open to anyone whether registered or subscribed s…

I have spoke to Tom Jones (yes that is his real name) at thruxton circuit and basicly he said he will do discount on track days for club members he will give me a price if i find out how many people are actually interested. Also what he said is the morning we can all go around with instructors and then come the afternoon go loose on our own :hyper: . or just have a few hours of the day on our own He then said that if we can get another club to book same day we do morning and they do afternoon or mix and match then we would save money too So what are everyones thoughts on this

Hi All, My zed is currently on a boat - probably somewhere in the east Indian Ocean. 1994 TT LWB Series III Silver Auto Leather 45K - it's for cruising! I have a couple of quick newbie questions. I'm sure they've been asked before, but here goes: Fuel. Car comes off the boat..... Can I just put Optimax in and off I go? Or does the ECU need re-mapped? And do I need octane booster? Secondly (the Scottish bit), are there any LWB TT owners in West Lothian/West Edinburgh/South Fife who would have an hour to show me their car - I haven't seen one up close for over 6 months?

Just to inform you all that the new official title to our area is now: North East and Yorkshire. A lot of subscribed members in our area are from south of our region and felt they should be formerly recognised by having their area in the title. We have members from Hull, Selby, Leeds, Sheffield, Ripon, Harrogate etc., as well as members in Tyne/Wear and Cleveland The aim is to get more members to our monthly meets and to try and spread out our meet locations to cater for all in our region. I'm looking forward to a good turn out at our next monthly meet and would love to see members from all corners of our region attending. Keep an eye out for details of …
