Mine at present is 138mph before I realized I was about to miss my motorway exit. I did it at some unearthly hour of the morning on an almost empty motorway.

If anyone's seen it, what an excellent Drama series. Tonight's final episode (if a little violent) was fantastic. Anyone been watching this?

It was a choice of about £100 for a set of UK clocks or 10p for a 20K resistor, so not much of a choice really. Anyway as I have all the soldering gear and used to solder stuff all the time, I wasn't worried about that bit. Dismantling the dash board was interesting as I hadn't realised quite how much needed to come out, but apart it came in order to get to the screws holding in the bottom of the clocks. So clocks out and on the kitchen table, I had to dismantle it to get to the PCB, carefully of course as it's a delicate looking piece of kit. Now I could see the resistor (33K on the Jap Spec clock) right next to a chip on the PCB. Getting the resistor out was s…

We got a stretch of national speed limit dual carriage way on the way to work. On the way back it was peeing it down and as I got to the road I accelerated hard. As I shifted into second and accelerated the car suddenly spun to the left then quickly to the right and then righted itself. Now I wasnt in a corner and I know about oversteer with rear wheel drive but I'm not sure what happened to me. It all happened in about 2 seconds and I did something with the steering wheel when it happened although I'm not sure what. I think I turned it in the opposite way of both skids then let it straighten. Any ideas? Sh*t me up! Al

NA TT So does this mean there's a different radiator for the na and tt and auto and manual??? Any idea whether i can still use it?

I'm getting a new phone delivered tomorrow. It's a Nokia N70 (3G). I asked the woman about getting a TomTom for it but the only ones they had at the time were £170+ I've seen these things on ebay for £30 or so. Of course they aren't going to be as good, but do they all work? Are they the only things I'll need for my phone or will I have to get loads of other bits and bobs? Ta
