General Discussions - Non 300ZX

Hi, Im new to da forum. Every1 calls me B. Im from Hounslow and have a 300zx twinturbo. Ive had it for almost a year and have modified da exterior and engine all myself. I thought its about tym i join da forum as my best friend Zee here too. I would have joined along tym ago but i sold my zx to a friend 'BIG MISTAKE', I missed my car so much dat I looked into buying it bak after 8months of it gne cz i realised im always gna be into Z's n ders nothing else dat will satisfy me, so nw dat its bak into my hands n wer it belongs i thought id join da forum as it wont eva be goin newhere. tk ppl spk to guys soon.

spend all morning cleaning and polishing there zed in the only bit of sun theres been for weeks, only for it to start pissing it down ten mins later!! :rant: nevermind, on the plus i re-fibreglassed the big cracked hole in my front bumper, then went over the cracks with p38, sanded it all down and it ready to be primed and sprayed, so far looking good, considering ive never done any fibre glassing or sanding in my life! waiting to see how well the paints gonna look, will post some pics of the whole adventure. whatever happens its gotta be better than the £230 i got qouted by some fooking comedian in ashford! :mac1: they reckoned 5 hours of labour! sorry …

was gonna do subframe today or try to again, but no.. it rained and fookin rained ..again. weather for tomorrow.. rain..followed by more rain. pissed off cos i need to change the bushings off the hicas arms, then its mot time and then down to see ztech for a service, then paint etc... anyone here got a garage they can post me? oh for the joy of a garage to work in..! and to top it all i ran out of material for the re-trim.. and my supplier hasnt got anymore and that was the last of the roll they had now i have to look for another source for a match.. my week just gets better and better :headvswal :headvswal :headvswal

thinking about buying a spare TT engine without the tubs and stip it down and rebuild it myself im fairly handy with a spanner and done a couple of engine rebuilds my self 1.6 8v and 2.0 16v vauxhall. would you guys say it is possible to do by yourself? are they difficult engines to work on? got all the kit myself, engine cranes, vices etc etc thanks :hyper:

OK so there is a new patch out for BF2 but you would have thought that they recognise that the online gameplay is HUGE with this game and have suitable servers with adequate bandwidth on the go to supply the people! Over an hour now and only 45 percent done on the download...sh1te to be honest, I want to play and can't because I'm waiting for the sodding patch. :(

Why when i set up a local multiplayer game on our network only me and my brother are playing and there are no computer players??? we are both up to date and running the same serial number. I remember playing a long time ago Battlefield 1942 on a network and there were lots of computer players, how come i don't haver any? Also what is the Euro patch all about? Mine was overhearing some bloke talking to his lad regarding the various spoilers that were on the Zeds around mine (I was inside with the window down) They were discussing what they liked about each of the three that were on the two red Zeds in front of mine, and my new 99 spec. One was a high-line spoiler and the other was a Monza. In the end they decided that they preferred the 99 spec (and yes they did know what type it was) as it was more subtle!
