Or rather mine in paticular. Tonight i get invited out by m8s to go for an all you can eat chinese.. I go through to the living room and say to her "Been invited out for a chinese, Is it ok if i go your welcome to come if you want" What she seems to of heard was "Im going out for a chinese, i dont really want you to come" :headvswal So she's got in a mood, and ive said **** it i wont go. She's said a couple of times now "im not angry, go if you want to" but it doesnt seem sincere... so looks like im stuck at home for the night. :cry:

Over the moon that cretten has been booted out of Big Brother. It's been cringe TV all week. She makes you feel embarrassed to be English, listening to her verbal abuse all week. Her 2 mates were no better either. Danielle comes out with a comment like 'I wished she'd just fook off home' and Jade comes out with 'Shilpa Popadom'. If those two comments aren't racist, then I don't know what is.

I found myself watching...Big Brother of all things last night. I absolutely detest the program more than almost anything else on TV and go out of my way to avoid watching stuff like this. But, a combination of boredom, nothing else to watch and feeling ill still, I sub-consciously turned over and sat there watching it for 10 minutes without realising exactly what I was doing. What I did notice though, is what a vile cretinus family she is a member of. Her mother looks like she's ill with a terminal disease. Her voice wants removing and placing in a Kenwood blender. I've just installed a brand new dish so that my dad can receive FreeSat (I'm not paying £150 to Sky, when I can do it myself) but I've hit a problem....... Dish assembled properly, fitted to wall properly, and wired up properly. :D Temporarily I've got my old Sony box out of the attic (not been used for the last nine months) and connected everything up, powered the box up and then went out to make the fine adjustments to the dish/LNB, using a audible/visual sat finder. Got the best signal possible on the sat finder, then went inside to sort the box out......... 'No Satellite Signal Received'.... So I went into System Setup and see that I'm on about 3/4 for Signal S…

Now been up for almost 24 hours and it's really starting to do my nut in. I'm normally a partial insomniac but the meds I'm on at the moment seem to be robbing me of what little sleep I do get. Went to bed at 4am, fidgeted about in bed for an hour and a half before admitting defeat and getting up again. Been engrossed in the new Raymond Feist Riftwar book which has helped pass the time (and before that, "Hannibal Rising" which was v good) and now just had breakfast with the little lady as she's up earlier than usual for work herself. Now posting this drivel on here to kill more time. No sleep sucks. :(

Could you help? I'm meant to be writing an article telling people how to improve their riding and I'm after help. What would be your best riding tip? It could be anything from something simple like doing a U-turn on a gravelly layby to something advanced about shaving tenths of seconds of a lap time on a track bike. Any bike riding advice would do - nothing too long - a few sentences at most. Thanks in advance :duffer: :bow:

Hi mate, can't PM so thought this might get your attention lol Do you know of ny good online guides to changing the head gasket on a CA18? I've done a few before on other cars so really it's just to see if there is anything different I should know about. I've checked on sxoc and can't find anything about it on there (which seems odd). Specifically I guess I need to know the order for removal/refitting of the head bolts and their required torque settings. Any other info would be greatly appreciated lol Cheers bud
