I have had a slightly noisey heater since owning the Z, I just thought it was low on air con refridgerant, so I took it to a garage and they said the air con fluid is fine, so today I removed the blower motor and the carousel was full of leaves, twigs and crap I blew it out with an air gun and hey presto a nice quiet fan :hyper: :hyper:

Iv been given a project to design a remote actuator for use with an antilag system as part of some university coursework. Iv been searching round on the net and magazines and have spoken to my lecturer who co started up Motec Europe but he doesnt want to give too much away and is saying all the information iv found on the net is only half the details i need. Im just wondering if anyone on here could help me out or knows someone i could get in contact with who has in depth knowledge of antilag systems in general. when i click on a thread it doesnt load i just get a blank screen and if i refresh the page its fine but i have to refresh every time i click on anything on this site and it only happens on this site

Ok my mate has an M3 and is always harping on about how quick it is and how much HP it has against a zed also how much better the sequential gearbox is in changing gears on accelaration against the rawness of the turbo's ???? what ever he means about that. Anyway the gauntlet has been thrown so a date at the pod 20th May has been penciled in for me to take up the challenge, so if anyone else is interested in a meet and a run down the strip that day?

I have 2 network cards in my pc. one is my access to the network which has a router/firewall for internet acces. Certain sites have now been blocked and this forum could be another shortly. Which is a big ut oh. So... on my other network card i have pluged in a second broadband connection which will allow me access to the whole web. So how do i tell ie to use this card for web access but using my other card as normal to access the network?

just to let you all know how things are going here. i had my first session with my speech therapy group today, did a load of vocal stuff and excercises, got tired quickly so fell asleep, but its a common thing as its tasking having to concentrate on getting words right. had a break and went back to it. the session was very good so i now have to go once a week for a few hours. we have had the final results, new years eve was a c.v.a stroke, since then i have had 4 t.i.a mini strokes, i have lost feeling and strength down my right side and my right eye droops slightly. im on a whole load of medication and also on asprin everyday for the rest of my life inste…

So on Top Gear they said that Hypercars are cars that aren't all about amazing handling and speed but more about showing off and looking silly. Have they just made this up or what? was really looking forward to cracking my Z out yesterday - lovely countryside route that I know like the back of my hand. weather was cold but a little sunny around here. hadnt driven it since last Sunday - just finished running her in after some engine work and modifications. texted my mate to say i was on my way, clicked the keyfob and guess what, the battery's flatter than Britney's hairstyle :rant: :rant: :rant: so i had to use my dad's Rover 214! gave it a hell of a thrashing tho - keeping up with a bmw 525 all the way in (plenty of twisty bits that he couldnt get the hang of) :D .

gents i have a raid problem with my pc :rant: worked fine for a year but suddenly today came up with an error massage on boot up asking me to duplicate the disk!! i tried to continue to boot but no hope there :( i have never seen this message before so i hope i have done the right thing and clicked on dupicate :confused: they are both identical disks 300gb anyway i had to leave them duplicating and come to work!! so its whirring away now as we speak i just hope this has fixed the problem will find out tommorrow morning when i get home :o
