A worldwide survey was conducted by the UN. The only question asked was: "Would you please give your honest opinion about solutions to the food shortage in the rest of the world?" The survey was a huge failure.... In Africa they didn't know what 'food' meant. In India they didn't know what 'honest' meant. In Europe they didn't know what 'shortage' meant. In China they didn't know what 'opinion' meant. In the Middle East they didn't know what 'solution' meant. In South America they didn't know what 'please' meant. And in the USA they didn't know what ' the rest of the world ' meant! :D

Any video editing gurus around ? Bassicly i want to transfer video footage from my camcorder into a file on my computer so I can put it on a CD? or straight from camcorder to cd ? Im fed up of having to plug the bloody thing into the telly to watch my vids

my lad recently bought an audi coupe ( 80 coupe ) it is immaculate and low millage 56000 miles with full service and MOT's to prove millage however last night he was driving home and the cam belt tensioner sheared off .......( belts were changed , tensioner not ) ....so now he has probable valve damage etc ....anybody had any experience of these heads and know if its worth replacing the cams , valves , springs etc with upgraded items or stick with VAG parts ...sometimes performance parts ( piper cams etc ) are cheaper than OE .......any advice ,links or pointers gratefully accepted Steve

Now i maybe barking up the wrong tree, but it seems too coincidental. The Girlfriend and I have applied for a motgage together, and due to a problem with the first application we had to run our own Credit Check with Experian. Now since doing this it has caused a few problems. She got paid on Monday and went to pay for something on her card which was declined, so she phoned the bank, who told her, her card and account has been blocked by the bank as it seems someone in Canada has tried to withdrew a large some of money from her account, possibly cloned her card or bank details, it has to be something to do with Experian as she has never given her card details on line befor…

You wont believe this, I bought a rover 216 convertable in white from a TW*T of ebay who claimed it was mint..... went down and low and behold it looked like one of the nicest convertables of the class I have seen, with 17inch rims on. Started the honda engine which had only done 90,000 miles and it purred like a kitten. So ...Bargain!!!!!!! Got it home..next day drove it down to the bottom of the road to pick up some parts for the zx and BANG!!! engine gone. After checking out the obvious and thinking that these engines just dont go!! took the head off and found a 1/3rd of a stanley blade..when the engine engine was checked out thoroughly the rest of the stanl…

if there was a leak in a manifold, before the lamba sensor, would this cause the car to idle rough and cut out when warm? Its on an audi 80 2.0 auto. marcus

ive devoleped a rash on my arm's today, just came out, one or two of them look like tiny blister's the rest are just like red blotche's (i burst one and its ful of fluid), they dont hurt they just look terrible any ideas what they could be, may be off to the docs if they get worse, best not be chicken px or something worse lol
