Yeah I know this is early, but I cant wait to see that Jet Fighter Vs Bugatti Veyron. This weeks show...... The silly men in waistcoats have put away their balls and bits of wood, so Top Gear is returning to your screens. Episode Three of the new series airs this Sunday at 8pm on BBC Two, and it's set to be an absolute cracker. The Big Race sees Hammond and a Bugatti Veyron take on a jet fighter. Yep, that's plane versus car in the most horsepower-packed challenge we've ever undertaken. Don't miss it. Jeremy has finally lured the Ferrari 599GTB down to the Top Gear test track, but how will the front-engined V12 supercar's lap time measure up? Jame…

The Trading Standards Office are making people aware of the following scam: A card is posted through your door from a company called PDS (Parcel Delivery Service) suggesting that they were unable to deliver a parcel and that you need to contact them on 0906 6611911 (a premium rate number). DO NOT call this number, as this is a mail scam originating from Beliz…

About to have a crack at spraying my Land Rover 90 (considered quite a fancy thing to do in LR circles as most guys use a roller! :D). Although Stevie007 has kindly offered to lend me his gun (will hopefully be calling tomorrow mate if you're reading this! :)) I'd eventually like to buy my own. Not knowing anything about them, does anyone have any recommendations for types/makes of gun, what to look for and a rough guide to new/second hand prices? I've just bought a gallon of the cheapest satin black "truck paint" from Jawells (along with thinners, etch primer and primer to go with it), so I've got plenty to practise with on the spare bonnet I have lying about in the work…

Looks to be taking shape now. I took a picture of the 'Unity' node in 99 and the 'Harmony' node this year before launch. I can't believe the fookers are all up there now! No-one was allowed to see this stuff after 9/11, but they've opened the ISS tour back up at KSC. If anyone's going over that way, it's well worth a visit. 1999 2007 Astronauts walk from Unity into Harmony earlier today

At the risk of this type of topic becoming a trend.. Long story short, Sold my TT few weeks ago, Pottering around in the N/A at the moment (unsure what to do with this) I Want somthing with some go in it, Hopefully cheaper to insure then the Zed, Reliable, and hopefully better on petrol. I was looking at Scoobys/Skylines but the insurance is mad on them so it kinda puts them out of the picture.. Things ive looked at other then that... Civic Type R (i think id need to test drive one of these to see if its my thing) Integra Type R (as above) Audi TT Skoda Octavia VRS Supra (?? Ok not better on petrol but hopefully reliable enough?) A3 Tspo…

Bought a cd changer for the father in law for his 307, its an in dash oem fit one. Paid £85 plus £15 postage and granted it came in good time, and was very well packaged. Fitted it, took it to the peugeot garage to have it programmed to find out cd 4 and 5 dont work :( So contacted the seller who was very funny saying it was working perfect when it left and hinted that i wanted to return a dodgy one and keep their good working one :nono: I mean yeah i do that sort i thing, buy up all the good working cd changers and send broken ones back  So i registered a paypal dispute but they want me to return the item at my own cost so they can …
