Dropped our 21 year old daughter off today at Glasgow Airport as she flies out to A wee town called Xuzhou, in-between Beijing and Shanghai, China. Three days to get climatised then she starts work at Aston 2, teaching English as a foreign language to kids up to the age of 13. There are some utter c*n*s out there. Been on Ebay a fair bit recently in between being ghey and ill, trying to sort out a few things for my home studio. Went on again just half an hour after pausing for dinner and my account was locked and I had a letter in my email saying it had been compromised. In that half an hour someone had apparently used a brute force password generator, gained access to my account and used it to send unsolicited spam email to God knows how many people. My first reaction was to panic unreservedly as I had visions of them gaining access to my Credit Cards but apparently they're held on a different server. To make matters worse Ebay …

I have a HDMI pout put on my laptop.... i have aquired a few recent films :rolleyes: I connected my laptop to the TV via a HDMI cable thepicture was great but got no sound.... is there a way to get sound via the HDMI cable so i can view my collection on the big TV?? Cheerz Neil

Anyone tried this yet? I bought some today; the car shampoo and polish in paste form. I have to say, on black paint I'm very impressed so far:bow: I normally use Autoglym SRP; which never fails to get my cars looking good AND gives decent lasting protection. I tried Meguiars Gold Class on the SLK last month and, despite all the hype and recommendations, I was a tad disappointed. Sure it made the black paintwork shine - for about 5 minutes. Well as a few of you may know my Zed was destroyed last year and it has taken me a while to get my new car sorted.. here she is: -Hell of a lot more space than under a zed bonnet!! she is running a proven 370bhp and the power delivery is absolutely savage compared to my zed. She is running a GD999 turbo, FMIC, Apexi ecu, RsR coilovers all round .etc.. Handling is awesome too corners like its on rails unless you want to go sideways which it does like flickin a switch!! I know its not a zed but at least its still a Nissan ;)

This morning A very good friend of mine was sadly killed in a car accident. Some of you knew him as oldgit. He was the one who bought my 300zx a little while back and gave it back. I am shattered. we have been very good friends for over 22 years and as of october last year we lived next door but one to each other. As some know we got stung by MFI bought ther furniture paid cash BASH! they went under. Well not so bad this time but......... I bought a "FREE SAT" system from Maplins for £250 complete motorised dish and HD reciever with bullt in HDMI upscaller. Sounds great and it is. The picture is superb on HD but the thing is when the bloke sold it to me he said that this system was really good gave me the normal sales pitch and told me that I could get over 3000 channels both english and european. Hi, I watched a film a few years back on channel 5 which was all about a guy Called Morris Frank and a German Shepherd he had who became his blind dog.
