I've offered to try and promote this online survey for some friends. Its Motorsport/Automotive related so figured this would be a good place. Its for some Project management bullshit as part of a university project, and needs as many people as possible to fill it in just so they got some data as part of a presentation at the end of this week. Its only 6 short questions, should only take a minute to fill in. Formula Student Group Project Survey Many thanks, in advance. :smartass:

Well, my new adventure in the USA begins, I am off ou there in August September.Being married to an American gal I have spent lots of time there and looking forwrd to the new beginning. Sadly though I am having to sell my black UK manual, seen by a number of you especially Sussex Stu, and of course looked after most recently by Jeff. He has worked wonders with the car. I have spent around 14K on the car and will be putting pictures up to sell her. I am looking for around 7.5K for the car. I am not going to sell her cheap, I see a lot of us guys spend thousands on our cars and then almost give them away. We all know how much these loved cars cost to keep, and h…

Does anyone know where I stand with an item that has been faulty, either not working, or working with a fault, or waiting for repair ever since I bought the unit?. I bought a ProForm treadmill in Oct 2009, in the first year an engineer must of visited at least 5 times and the same fault was still present. Eventually the treadmill was replaced. I didnt use the treadmill as I lost motivation and interest. I started using the new machine and found it still to be suffering with the same problem. The warranty now is out, although they have still replaced more parts in the past week. The treadmill still has the same fault. I was told the sales of goods act, part …

I'm currently with enom.com but I can't renew it at the moment because they've resold it to secureserver.net! :censored: I'm sick of this trouble, it seems to happen every renewal time. Is there a decent provider that actually keeps the domain name with themselves rather than sell it on? cheers

Theres an old saying that goes, "The law is an ass" Scots law is really mixed up ? Everywhere else there is two verdicts, guilty and not guilty ? In Scotland we have a third verdict, not proven. My wife Fiona`s mum was knocked down with a bus in 2010, suffered severe injuries and died 3 hours later in hospital through her injuries. It went to court this week and after a 4 day trial, guess what ??? Not Proven ! He walked totally free ! Please dont misunderstand me, I am perfectly sure he never woke up that morning and went out to run somebody over, and accidents do happen, but it makes we wonder ! Anyways, we can now draw a line under it and mov…

Hi Guys, I need a simple, easy to use website for my small buisness and wondering if anyone on here can give me a price for making one for me :) All I need on the home page is some facts about the services we provide (building, loft conversions, kitchens, extensions, upvc windows ect)... a gallery so people can look at pictures of our finished projects and somesort of customer feedback where they can leave comments on how reliable, proffessional, competative we were ect, I also need it where once up and running I can edit/add more pictures, more text easily and fuss free. Its something I could probably do my self with a little research, but I havent got the time …

This morning got a phone call at 7.00am from my daughter "dad the shower is on fire" !!! not the type of call you can deal with well at any time, few words were exchanged, switch the fuse board off and get out! 7 miles away, got there in race track time, to see two fire engine and associated pipes and firemen and the girls outside in their pj`s Everybody was safe and despite a very, very smokey house the main rooms are ok. The amazing thing is only the electric shower unit actually caught fire but the smoke damage is major in the bathroom, thankfully Danni had presence of mind to shut the bathroom door which the fire crew said saved the rest of upstairs. …

shell just sorted through all our dvd's and cd's that we havent watched or listened to for year's, only about 5 dvd's the rest cd's some of which were about 14 year's old lol shell wanted to "put them in the loft", now way was i gonna do that as they would be up there till the new owner of my house (whenever that may be lol) threw them out so told her to put them on music magpie, had 5 dvd's and about 70 cd's, we got offered £40, so ive boxed them and they will pick them up on friday, better to have £40 than to put them in the loft never to be seen again lol so rake ya old cd's out and get them sent off

Hi, Can anyone help me on this. A close friend needs a website designed and hosted. He's using Vistaprint for cards and paperwork and they have offered him a years subscription for web (no idea on price). Should he use Vistaprint or is this something anyone does on here? How would he make sure he keeps his website and email address if he changed hosting company? Cheers Vijay
