  2. hey up folk. my van just died all of a sudden yesterday. (on a blind corner on a busy road :-( ) the radio went off as did the engine. no signs it was going to happen, just suddenly nothing the radio fuse was popped, and another in the fuse box, but i dont have a diagram at the moment to see what they were. the engine turns over but theres no chance of firing. does anyone know where i should start looking? i did swap the fuses last night but it still wont run :-( im going to try and recover the van this evening after work if i can get a trailer to her, the position the van is in might make this a bit of a mare so if i could sort it at the roadside it would save a…

I finally managed to get some pictures of my new car into Photobucket, have had a lot of fun with it the past week. The speedo on these go up to 220 but you can see they do go really well :tt1: just a hair under 200MPH, I think about 197-198.

Copied from an email I received Dear All Thought this was worth supporting, you never know when you might need their help! Please may I bring to your attention a petition to encourage the Government to exempt Air Ambulance services from duty on the fuel they use, in the same way as the Lifeboats (RNLI) are exempt. If we gain 100,000 signatures, Parliament is duty bound to debate the issue - currently we have over 19,000 signatures. Thank you for your support for this magnificent volunteer funded service. Please pass on to all of your UK friends. http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/29349 Cheers

Well, just got back from my GTR experience at Silverstone bought for my birthday by my girlfriend. It was an awesome experience - first got to drive the 370Z around for 4 laps - was a time to try to learn the circuit. The instructor was a little underwhelming & was constantly getting me to back off (even though I wasnt going that fast LOL!) Next came the bad boy - the GTR :punk: Was bloody awesome & was a much more exciting experience (no s**t lol!) - a new instructor was in this car & he was the nuts!! Constantly pushing harder & harder - went hammering past a few Ferarris on the track & Astons  At one point I was right on the …

Took the missus to the shops last Saturday in the truck. Did my usual thing of parking away out off everybodys way. Not another car near me. Came out and still the same, the Ram sitting on its own. Shoved the stuff in the back and the wife walked around to get in, and a belter of a scratch, two doors and the front wing ! Not best pleased to say the least !! Doesnt look much in the pics, but several bits were through the lacquer ! Got a chance to attack it today, so brushed in some two pack lacquer with advanced drying stuff in it, gave it a light rub with 2000 grit and blend prep, Fast cut and then Farecla hand glaze, finishing off with the Ice wa…

Make me Prime Minister or President or whatever ?? Heres my Manifesto ! Are we still Great Britian ?? No, we are fooked. The current Govt wenkers are committed to raising the duty on petrol by at least the rate of inflation. This doesn't matter who you vote for. Tory, Labour, SNP or the others ! All of them are committed to spending other peoples money and it's a relatively easy way to raise tax to pay for whatever is being spunked up the wall this week. Think about it ? If Fuel duty was cheaper, everything else would be cheaper ? Wrong !! They would find another "excuse" to tax something else ! Fuel prices are somewhat similar all over the E…
