Was just having a look at http://www.newreg.co.uk for a vaguely 300 related plate to hide the age of my car, was trying various combinations and thought i'd give v6 a try... had to laugh when I saw the top result, the plate v6 is available for a bargain... wait for it... £80,495 !!!!!!!!!!!! fook.

After getting the engine running at the weekend and not being able to get the clutch working I thought I was doomed not to get to Billing but there's hope again :hyper: Bled the clutch again for about the 8th time and loads of air came out. I think leaving it to stand for a few days has made air rise up from somewhere and been forced out this time. What a PITA  Boy does it feel good to drive it again :D

I feel i must share my experiences with this company so others dont make the same mistake! I ordered a 300ZX TT Engine from them and paid £1250 when i made the order, i then asked when it would be delivered, they said 2 days. 2 weeks later after numerous phone calls (47 in total) the engine arrives. By this time i was extremely miffed, as they took my money quick enough, but took their time delivering the engine. Anyway i had it delivered to John Nobles Motorsport in chesterfield, who promptly did a leakage test, i received a phone call from them telling me that the engine was duff, two cylinders were leaking 100% into each other, exactly the same problem …

Hello Not sure if anyone remembers my post about me ordering a zxTT from Japan and the boat sinking, well the import company finally found me a new oner and it is being shipped over soon! fingers crossed on it staying afloat this time. Could have bought one in UK in the month and a half it took to find a new one in japan, but hey-ho. Anyway, will subscribe soon as it arrives, along with asking lots of questions about the inevitable things that wil be wrong with it when it turns up!

I have just been looking through the 'Cars for sale' section and I just can't belive how many Zed's are going for under 3k. I only bought mine last year for 4k and I would not consider it a 'Minter' but then again it is of average condition. It seems if I were to sell it now I would be lucky to get 2k for it. Have the prices really dropped that much in a year or is it just a few people selling up cheap?. What is going on with Zed prices? I did want to sell my Zed to part fund my trip to Australia but looks like it would not be worth it and I may as well just keep her stored considering the money I would get from a sale!

Hi all, it's been a while since I have posted anything on here but I thought I'd let you all know there is a new Import/performance specialists just opened in Kent. It’s called RGMOTORSPORT and is run by a guy named Rich, the quality of service he offers is to a very high standard and I have used his services on several occasions myself. Anyway they are based in Kent and there web address is http://www.rgmotorsport.co.uk or you can call Rich direct on 07786 523137. Well that’s enough from me, check out his site or give him a call for anything you need. See ya ;)

Hi all, A while ago you might remember this; Well, now it looks like this, I've done most of the work I wanted there are still a few things to do but it's a cast improvement; And the interior is sorted now, I thought it looked good when I retrimmed all the leather, but now I think its look0ing much better, makes the before picture look a bit skank, what do you all think? Your thoughts? Bit of a DIY job, I made the BOSS, made the handbrake and gearchange, made all the silver changes etc, but its getting there now I think, just gotta finish the gear stick and a couple of other things. After getting the Z ready to take off the plenum, ready to put the new one on, sorting all the bits needed etc, etc..... I have to put it all back together again as the gaskets have not turned up and the post don't work on Sunday's!!! :( The Z goes into the paint shop Monday morning for the week so I can't get it done next week :( this was the only weekend I had spare and I planned to get it done ready for billing. So it's gonna have to stay on the kitchen floor until I get another chance. So that'll be me leaving my bonnet closed at Billing. :( :( :( And I had a wasted journey this morning to collect some spark plugs, which were not where they should …

OK one of you folks out there may be able to shed some light on my thoughts. Smoke is caused through the PCV not working properly. Assuming I have the theory of the PCV system correct, oil (vapor) is transfered from the engine through the system into the throttle bodies via the PCV. Would fitting a can or filter of some kind just befor this stop the oil vapor and therefor stop the plumes of smoke and increase combustion? Did that make sence?
