Yes one more day , just one, yipppeee. Had no z for 3 titurous weeks and now geoff at zedworks has finished the plastice surgery and shes now purring like a pussy again and ready to hit the road. Just a thought...... Going with the Wings West front bumper: Front mounted intercoolers, I take it you need two?? Or will one suffice with remapped pipework? WHats the usual setup? Anyone draw me a diagram? And has antone got the specs of any uprated intercoolers? There seems to be loads of ebay for different cars (New and uprated ie. scooby front mounted) which are quite cheap, ie. £200 - £500 compared to the £1200 that some charge?!? :confused: Need advice oh wise ones :duffer: :duffer: :duffer: :duffer:

Just got a tomtom bluetooth GPS and Navigator 3 on my Ipaq !! Best money I have ever spent Even the trip to work now takes me on a quicker route on roads Ive never hearf of before. best thing is its all in 3d and it maps out any speed cameras, garages etc (from a downloaded national database) or whatever you want notifying of, if you change your route for whatever reason - i.e. traffic jam - it automatically recalculates a new route for ya!!!!! MINT :hyper:

Took me most of the day but enjoyed doing it, the gearbox bolts are one cnut to remove especially, the one mounting the battery earth! On removing and inspecting the engines turbos i've found around 3-5mm of play in the drivers side turbo shaft :shock: and the passengers is not looking to good for its self either. I'll be spending the rest of the week stripping the block down ready for a full rebuild, also carrying out other jobs and mods on the car through out the winter I just need another rear wheel drive car to keep me happy through the winter now! I think a E30 325i BMW will do nicely :)

Got fedup with people saying 'your window switch is loose'. I bet I am not the only one that has a switch with the little plastic hooks broken off. Fix: Take a simple electrical double spade connector (See pic) Drill out a small hole in the spade end. Unscrew the existing screw behind the switch and fit the connector.(see pic) Bend the connector at an angle and push it back in. There is enough spring in the metal to secure it. Job done. Small screwdriver can prise it out again if necessary. Not exactly rocket science but it works......will let you lot decide whether something this simple should go in the FAQ section... …

I thought I'd try paying for music and downloading it the legal way. So I signed up with Itunes and downloaded an albumn. I want to make a cd or just put these songs on in one of my driectories but the files are mp4 which are protected even though I paid £7.99 for the albumn :(. Anyone know how I can unprotect these and make them into mp3 files so I can put them on a cd ?.

Can anyone give any words of advice if buying this spoiler to fit onto my Z, as in what condition it comes in and how much prep work was needed before it could be painted up and fitted. Did it fit well or did it need bending or excessive filler to make it fit flush? Is it just easier to have the back end made flush with the perspex panel? Thanks in advance.

Right without going into the depths of detail on my personal life it would appear that as of a few weeks ago I am single again! So with me working darn sarf during the week and only having the Rotties to talk to at weekends I am not really getting out much. :( So what I was thinking about was a good old sesh on the town somewhere one Saturday night in the near future.
