General Discussions - Non 300ZX

Do any of you NA owners ever wish that you had got a TT instead??? And if any TT owners are looking do any of you wish that you'd got an NA instead??? Or do NA owners "upgrade" to TT after a while??? At the moment I'm happy with my NA- quick, noisy and used everyday.

Can anyone tell me the name of the auctions at liverpool that deal with jap imports...I think its connected to the docks but not sure..

Was just tootling back from a (very) late shift at work and decided to put my foot down. Happened to glance at my (aftermarket) boost gauge and I was pushing 17/18psi!!!! :shock: :shock: :shock: Said "Errrr, what the f**k" out loud to myself and backed down pretty sharpish!!! Gonna have to be real careful till I get my Blitz controller in!!! I'm running a JWT ecu and what i thought were 1mm jets, bit sound more like 0.8's!!!!!

My brother seems to think i have an odd way of sitting when driving the Zed :confused:

After many months and many thousands of my lovely pounds I've finally got my Z back on the road. After driving my Mitsubishi Warrior, she feels more like an aircraft than a car. bloody hell, was out in a club and saw these three women. two fat, one nice. One of the fat ones comes over and starts chatting to me. tried my best to keep looking at her fit mate and eventualy she buggered off. later on was dasncing wiht the fit one and went for the kill, only to have her say. Hi everyone, a newby to this site here but I had a 300zx about 13 years ago. It had to go as it would not fit the sons cot in. Now this is were i am looking for help! He is now grown up . I want another 300zx. But about 2 years ago we were stopped at lights when a aboy racer ran up my back side. ( i now drive a shogun) but my lad is really giving me Sh*t that if we go back to a smaller car and someone hits us again that he might get hurt again. So ... is there anyone local who might be able to let me/us see exactly how much of a beast and how much a super motor they are! I work in a school and the kids loved the car when I had it. One 8 year old little girl said to me in the corridor, 'Sir, sir, have you got an MR2?' I said, 'it's NOT an MR2', but not bad for trying for an 8 year old. Well, it actually happened, the Z was drove away today without me in it. I will admit, I had to fight the tears!!! she was fookin beautiful, and I know when I see her around I will wish I had her, but, its time to move on. I cant find a replacement either, which makes it even worse!!! My hunt for a nippy economical and fun car will continue!!! The only thing I have seen thus far is an Alfa 156 V6 6speed. Slow, but economical compared to the Z, nippy and comfortable. Not used the Zed for a couple of weeks now, decided to take a run out and about round south Manchester/Cheshire. Drove through Wilmslow where Ferrari's, Bentleys, Porsches are plenty. Driving through the centre, and a family are walking past a Ferrari 360 parked up, but pointing over the Ferrari at the humble Zed as I drove past. Not bad for a car you can pick up from 3k upwards! Barry.

just been to see the incredibles with the rug rat, (which is not that good to be honest) saw the new starwars trailer. looks the *****cks. lucas has been busy screwing up the original three films and making one dire and one barely passable prequel but fingers crossed he may be about to redeem himself with this one, was cool they used footage from all five films in the trailer and loads of "old" obi wan (alec guiness). Cant wait till may next year!

I was in St Ives (the one near Huntingdon) on Friday evening. On the way in I stopped for petrol. A lorry almost hit my Z and some guy said "that lorry almost hit someone's 300ZX." He mentioned he had a 300ZX, we had a brief conversation and he seemed like a decent bloke. And he said he was a Nissan specialist . I wish I'd asked if he worked on people's cars. Does anyone know him? It'd be useful to have a Nissan specialist who understands 300s near by.

Well what a farce of a game that was tonight, I couldn't believe how badly we played and the amount of tempers that flared. What annoyed me most of all though was the amount of Racist chanting from the Spanish fans everytime a Black English player had possession of the ball (Wright Phillips, Cole and Defoe) all got chanted with Monkey noises I just couldn't believe my ears.
