Let's say that you bought something off ebay (for example a £10,000 secondhand Rolex watch) off a member called 'Fred' with an ebay account: fred's-watches When the watch arrives you discover that it is a completely different style of Rolex watch to the one that was advertised, also the face is badly scratched. To be held 28th June to 1st july. a great event for Petrolheads as I am sure you all know! I go with a friend every year & camp on the campsite just a 3 minute walk from the entry near the start line- fo rthose of you who know the layout the campsite is opposite the Goodwood House Hotel & Golf Course. Bought a Kodak ESP E315 printer from currys 7 months ago and now its goosed...called Currys and they said i must contact the Kodak 0800 number for a service guy to take a look and decide if its goosed and fix or replace. I thought under the sale of goods act currys should sort it but there having nothing of it:no: Where do i stand lads on this?

Was my last day doing on the side weekends at McDonalds today. Some awful driver there. in the 9 weeks I was there: a guy wrote of 3 cars. and now has a grey 1.4 golf, however he crashed it 4 days after buying it, so now has a blue front end. A girl coudnt get her car to start so a kind customer got out the jump leads, to jumpstart her, but she left it in gear when starting, and crashed into him. Finally today a girl with a Clio, left the handbrake of and it rolled back into a park Impreza. Absolutely mint example, I spoke with the driver, a real decent bloke, said he was heading down to a Subaru specialist in devon as he has a rolling road run booked …

Driving down the motorway today and flying up behind me came a massive 4x4 ..it looked awesome!!! Noticed the badge, fx50 and just been googling.....the google images don't do it justice, but fook me they do 60 in 5 seconds and 100 in 12!!!! If you've never seen one in the flesh like me until today you wonder how the hell Nissan got them to go that fast they look unreal on the road, want one instead of work van :D
