  5. I thought i would take off my front drivers side wing tonight as i was told it was an easy job, all was well untill it came to a bolt that is right under the front wing and at a funny angle with the plastic air hoses directly beneath it. How do you get at that bolt with out taking the bumper off??i am doing it through indicator hole.

  9. Well the good little Zed didn't miss a beat down to Devon and back :nana2: It was just a gentle cruise, but it's always good when everything goes to plan! The morning after the wedding I snapped this pic of where I'd left my car the night before... Aw isn't that nice?! Mark

I have got a single mother next door with about 4 sons age about 15-18 years and they wear the hooded tops hats etc and the basically terrorise the elderly around here and all they do is hang around in groups drinking smoking and kicking footballs at their house against windows doors and now my car so i went outside and told them to stop playing football out the front to which one of the mouthed off and said right i am going to get somebody to smash your car and you etc and ran off. So enough is enough got their football and called the police before i end up hurting one of them.

Picked the side skirts up off Luke and got those on , stripped the stonechip off the door bottoms and got it in primer last thing yesterday. Started early today been blocking the primer down and prepping the rest of the bodywork for paint , we finally got it in the booth at 5.30 and one of the lads painted her for me :hyper: …

driving to works yard this morn at 9 am in our corsa traffic cop passed me going the other way noticed him spin round down the road a bit so put me foot down. got stuck at some tlights just before works yard an he pulled up behind me and started to follow then blues n twos so me being me just ignored him as I hadnt done out wrong, just got to outside of yard an thought I'd better pull over. Copper was ok asked if I knew why he pulled me he said because of the window tints on the car can you believe this. Two armed coppers pulling me over at 9 in the morn on a sunday because my windows have tints any way ended up with a £30 fixed penalty an told to have them removed, so…

... on a Lambo! :D Did the Lambo experience at Thruxton today!!! :nana2: Still buzzing. Drove a Rover/MG to warm up, then Merc 350 SLK, Lambo Murceilago and formula Renault. Lambo was awesome! But I don't think I made the most of its abilities. Merc was probably the most chuckable given the limited practice! Single seaters were the most raw experience. Funniest bit was trying to wave a "thank-you" to people who moved out the way- stick your hand into the airstream and it just smacks into the seat bulkhead! Then we were given a mad lap, in the Rover (RIP), by a nutter. Never thought a Rover could handle so well! So …
