I'm after a first car for a friend of mine, but she's only learning to drive automatic (no hand eye co-ordination whatsoever :D). She only has £1000 to spend, and so far seems to like Clio's, Corsa's or Micra's - that kind of thing. So, does anyone near-ish to me have anything like this for sale?

Well, how do i start, nearly 3 months of planning, loads of stress and headaches all for one of the best weekends ive ever had. I arrived at Peterborough at 1.45pm on Friday to meet the guys set up the marquee and to bring a few things like tent etc etc, Shunter turned up at about 2.15pm to help me out (cheers bud)i then had to shoot back home to collect my Z, meet my mate with the meat and freezer and pick up my mate Darren. I was hoping to get back to the showground for about 6, but i didnt get back till nearly 8pm and i was a bit gutted. well i have to give ryan a very very big thumbs up here.. he has taken the time to speak to me after work hours and at a moments notice, as i have been panicing like mad about my car overheating since the matrix went and i fitted my bypass. well this evening i had to call him as it was overheating, only to find i probably had an air lock and needed to let it out. well im gonna do that tomorrow but i wouldnt of know if he hadnt told me. so tomorrow i have that to do.. but i would like to say many thanks to ryan for his help and advice in getting this sorted. im looking forward to getting the car to him for a complete inspection prior to getting the wor…

The story starts in October 04 when our Beko fridge freezer became too small for my missus.
