So I have still not received the track time tickets, so I will be sending out the stand passes separately tomorrow to avoid any further delays. I will be in contact with the track time people via PM shortly.

Update I have just been informed that the tickets are in the post to me today. So I should receive before the end of the week and have then out to each individual next week. Club access is from 06:00 and club cars must be in position and parked by 09:30. Club cars will not be allowed entry after this time and will be directed to the public car park All access details will be included with your tickets.

Final numbers are in and unfortunately there will be no more tickets available for this event. Thanks for everyone's quick payments here. Your tickets will be sent out to you 1-2 weeks before the event.

Yep as long as your paid up before the 18th then you will be able to get a ticket. Only 2 track times are now available though.

Only 4 track tickets now remain. Stephen yours is reserved though.

If a mod could edit the title with the deadline, that would be greatly appreciated :) 8 Track tickets still remain if anyone who wants to stretch their Z's legs. We have a private session for members only so everyone is very considerate to others on track.

I am 99% sure we can order more tickets but need to work out what the best process is for the club. What we will probably do is ask for final payment by X date and then order the tickets on the back of that number. Please put your name on the list if you would like to come :) I haven't received this unfortunately. Did it go to aoml@outlook.com? As of tonight I am away until Wednesday 25th so this thread might go quiet for a bit but please keep adding your names to the list and copy/pasting. You will always get a refund if for some reason we are unable to purchase more tickets.

Right everyone the club has purchased 50 tickets and we will only order more once these are all paid for. So its first come first serve at the moment, as we don't know when the cut off date for extra tickets will be. We have 46 tickets with names against them and 32 paid for. We only get the stand passes and tickets together unfortunately. So you would have to buy the ticket through the club to be on the stand. Sorry!
