  1. Track time tickets should now be in. To confirm you need to get a code from the DVLA website as well as your photo card. https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence
  2. Hot off the press regarding tickets for the event. "They are ‘e tickets’ and they will be emailed to you by the end of the week, together with vehicle passes, a site map showing where your club will be located and other general information. Once you’ve received them you will need to print them off." If you are selling/bringing another car, please get in contact with Japfest first.
  3. Thanks but I think you can do that as your a subscribed member. http://zclub.net/forum/showpost.php?p=250880&postcount=118 Do you need to login for this one too? I am happy to email it to someone to attach if this doesn't work.
  4. Update from Japfest today with full club list, there are 113 of us in total! The list is attached to my post on the 350Z forum, unfortunately I cannot host anything here. http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/103859-japfest-2016-silverstone-sunday-24th-april-ticket-deadline-friday-18th-march/page__st__300#entry1605218 "Your tickets and passes will be emailed directly to you around two weeks prior to the show. The tickets and passes will all be individually created to be printed at home. Full details of opening times, entry routes and club information will be sent out alongside the tickets and passes, but should you have any immediate questions at this point please do not hesitate to contact us."
  5. Apologies forgot to quote the above from NemesizX
  6. When are we supposed to be receiving the packs and who is sending them out? I've received my event ticket via email from japfest but ive had nothing else and nothing from anyone in here.. It'd be handy to have some info in plenty of time for the event.. Camping info would be handy too as I have quite a large tent! Are we having a bbq again and do we need anything to be brought by members? Its in my last post! 2 weeks before. All the info is on this thread or the Japfest website. What else would you like to know? This is the first time Japfest has had camping so not sure what you mean by the BBQ like last time? Are you talking about JAE potentially?
  7. Some of the below is taken from the other Z forum so the formatting will not carry across but I thought I should keep everyone in the loop on some general questions. The important bits are in bold. Right so the bad news first, we are no longer the largest club stand. The common Evo lot has overtaken us :( The good news is I hope the below confirms everyone's queries. Your tickets and vehicle passes will be sent out to you no later than two weeks before the event. This also includes track time and all the forms necessary to get out on track. Anyone going out on track will need to bring both parts of their driving license. So this is the photo card and the paper form which is now delivered on demand via the DVLA website. The deadline for club tickets has now passed so you will be in the public car park unfortunately. There will be a time that you need to attend the stand by I believe this is 06:30 to 08:30 but it will be confirmed in your stand information pack.
  8. Final day to get tickets to be on the (currently) biggest stand at Europe's largest Japanese car event!
  9. 111 Z's on the list with about 10% that haven't paid, its going to be big. One week to go until the club stand deadline!
  10. Club ticket deadline is the 18th March. All tickets purchased after this date will be in the public car park.
  11. Thanks for keeping this thread going. We have over 100 interested members now over the three forums.
  12. No maximum as far as I am aware. We just a bigger plot ;) - - - Updated - - - *get
  13. Just had the update from Japfest, we have 70 people paid up on the stand and 15 on track so far. Its going to be a big event :D
  14. Thanks for keeping the list so tidy all! We have about 80 cars currently on the interest/paid list between the three clubs :)
  15. Exactly this. Its much nicer to the with a group of Z's than having some limiter bashing Civic trying to overtake all session. - - - Updated - - - *be
  16. Reduced ticket price expires in just over 2 weeks!
  17. Reduced ticket price deadline is the 31st January 2016. Maybe ask your significant other for a nice Christmas present?! :D
  18. Great news to have more of you on-board. The 300 is a very capable car on track and to be honest are usually quicker than the newer models.... We have over 60 cars on the list so far between the three forums :) 1. Joely P - Stand Pass - PAID 2. coopd - Stand Pass 3. Slick Pete. Stand Pass + Two Track Time Slots .B + Q. PAID. 4. 19. Not entirely sure as its the first year Silverstone are doing it but I imagine so :) Those wanting track time please book ASAP to avoid disappointment, as I have zero control over the numbers this year.
  20. The club has two allocated sessions, Session B (Intermediate) - 09:20 - Briefing Time 08:20 and Session O (Advanced) - 13:40 - Briefing Time 12:40. These may be shared with other clubs depending on numbers. Better than public track time though :)
  21. Hello All, Some of you may be shocked at the title because yes Japfest has changed its venue from the Old faithful (Castle Combe) to the new shiny Silverstone. Quite a few things have changed this year with the booking process, so please read the below instructions carefully. What will be staying the same is that we have a combined stand with the 350Z/370Z club and Z Club, so it should be a good turn out for the Z's. New Self Service Booking System Japfest have changed the way club bookings work this year, meaning that individual club members can book their own tickets and vehicle passes for the clubs stand. Please follow the following instructions for a successful transaction: Club members must go to http://japfest.co.uk/club-info to book their tickets Select your Club (Z Club) from the menu and enter the Club's Personal Password - 215.408 Proceed to select required tickets and place order - Make sure you choose 'Club Vehicle pass' to get on the club stand. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email as proof of payment Club space will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The deadline to book club tickets is Friday 18th March, subject to space availability. If you have any difficulties, our club support helpline is available on 01959 543 724 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please call this number and do not PM me as I have no access this year. Club Ticket Prices for 2016 Per Person Club Early Bird Package £48 - includes show entry at Japfest and show entry and pre-show camping at Japfest Rock! (previously Japfest 2) and Japfest Motorsport Heroes. Club Weekend Camping Ticket £28 - includes show entry and pre-show camping. Club Advanced Show Ticket £18 - includes show entry. We're also offering Early Bird Tracktime exclusively to clubs on the famous Silverstone National Circuit at just £30 per 20 minute session, saving £5 when booked before 31st January When updating the list please put your username, ticket type wanted and when you have purchased. This lets us know how many we have attending. Example. 370Ad - Stand Pass + Track Time - PAID
  22. All sorted with Ianl he is convoying down with the SE crew and can collect his track time before :) For anyone else who is interested: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/97006-japfest-2015-south-east-convoy/
  23. Hello Ian, Yes you should have your stand pass by now but not track time. So track time tickets have finally arrived today! I will hand them out on the stand first thing and if you cant find me I will also be at the 10:30 track briefing. I think I am the only one with a Grey 370Z going so should be relatively easy to find me.
  24. Please arrange payment and sending of the ticket between you two :) If this falls through Mathew let me know I have about 10 people on the reserve list from the 350Z club.
