  6. Saturday 15th July 2006 at Teesside Autodrome see's the return of Eurodrift for the 5th round of the Eurodrift series. Round 2 which was also held at Teesside Autodrome saw some amazing drift skills which were really appreciated by the crowd with some thrilling action and twin drifting. Japnortheast.co.uk and their usual monthly meet have teamed up with Eurodrift to bring you a fully action packed day with a car park full of Japanese cars to look at, and drift action throughout the day on the track. Clubs from all over the Uk have been invited to team up and support the drift scene which has newly been introduced within the northeast with the help of Eurodrift and Teesside Autodrome. Club parking will be available with a massive car park to fill, so let us know how many cars you will be bringing down and we can reserve you a space. Starting at 10am and finishing at around 5pm with breaks from the drifting inbetween. Entrance to the drifting is £5 per person, and there will be a £1 charge on the gate for parking. Food and ice cream vans will be available All magazines have been invited to attend. Please leave details below if you are attending and supporting the ever growing drift scene within the uk. ................................................................................... A raffle will be available on the day, tickets are £1 per strip. First prize includes a passenger ride later on in the day around the Teesside track with our very own member 'nwdriftclub' - Ian Harrison who drives a Nissan 200sx S13 - D1GB Drift car. First of all a big thanks to all that attended on Saturday, as you probably saw the night was a great success. Around 200 cars attended the evening from all round the country, with a wonderful selection of Jap metal being shown off in the Show area aswell as in the club parking. Everyone had a good night including the caterers, and the stadium have had no problems or incidents reported, and they have advised we are welcome back anytime they are free. I have also been in contact with Matt at JTuner this morning. Many thanks to the photographer Johnny for turning up and for his 6hr round trip from the midlands to do so. Just sorting out the review of the meet to go with the pics taken, Matt has advised me we are going to have around 4-5 pages available for a feature on the meet, so hopefully there are going to be a lot of cars on display. Depending when the write up is completed, we cud be featured as early as the next feature. Well done to the 3 that won the trophies. I didn't have much of a chance to get around everyone and have a chat and see their cars but MrBoost and MrsBoost of Japautostyling.co.uk where very happy with the cars on show and had a hard time selecting 3 winners. Pictures are available through http://www.japautostyling.co.uk and also http://www.japnortheast.co.uk I'd like to thanks the staff of JNE (japnortheast) for there massive help in marshalling the event, the organisation went well and it looks like all enjoyed. If you would like to leave feedback on the meet (which would be greatly appreciated on my behalf) so we can continue to exceed your expectation please leave details on the http://www.japautostyling.co.uk site. Many thanks to those who took pictures, I may be in contact with a couple of you soon. Look out for future events organised on both sites, and also for the feature coming up in JTuner soon. Many thanks again Neil http://www.japautostyling.co.uk

  13. 205 jap cars now down as attending! Almost 3 times the size of the first meet!

  15. Oh and bandit, fingers crossed the beast coming ;) Tis unfinished tho....
  16. And 175 taken
  17. Well Ive got 6 spaces reserved for you lot
  18. There will be micras on there own stand, and zeds on yours ;) So you dont need to worry about that....
  19. Phil, thats a wonderful idea thankyou. I'll see if I can sort out anything charity wise and probably raffle it off. How do you fancy sponsoring us for the trophies next time?
  20. Sheffield convoy details - Meet at meadowhall retail park outside Toys R Us, Saturday 21st of jan at 1p.m for a 1.45pm depart. Look for MrBoosts Supra. If you are wanting to join this convoy, please post your details on http://japautostyling.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1423 so we know who is expected to turn up. Can clubs also get back to me with regards to number of attendees that are confirmed as attending. As advised earlier allocation is being sorted for clubs so you can all park together and still have room for latecomers, again details will be passed out as you enter the car park. Again hot food and drinks will be available by means of a mobile caterer, and AB Graphics may be attending (not confirmed yet) with their van so if you reqwuire number plates making up or stickers, Im sure they will have the necessary equipment with them for this, again will need to get this confirmed though. I have also allocated a seperate car park for non jap cars (right next to the carpark being used), mainly people who have cars stored away for the winter or who are wanting to just come and have a look round. Could people please respect this as it is a Jap meet and we have had an extremely good response so far and we currently have 145 cars down as attending so the car park will be quite full as it is. Best behaviour is again requested as the stadium of light are doing us a massive favour allowing us to use their grounds for the meet. Any question please give me a shout Neil
  21. Ah right cool mate, thought it may have been something to do with that, just when it said 350z it thru me off, lol
  22. Counted ;)
  23. Will probably finish between 9 and 10 This is news to me mate, u know how he's booked them?
  24. My apologies, police havent been notified about the meet due to it being on private land (sunderlands ground) , but the Stadium security have every right to contact them if there are any problems, they were notified last time due to it being on council property. The police were ace last time keeping a low profile, other forums having local meets havent had any problems when the police have been there either. Numbers for u lot I think I had 5 down. I currently have 127 cars down as coming, and JTuner are now attending. The BBQ wont be up and running unfortunately mate no. But many thanks for the kind words, a lot of effort has been put into this from my side, lets hope everyone who says they are attending attends.
