As a result of my ol mans car being broke and in the garage. Audi 100 estate. I have lent him my Volvo. (What a lovely son?) Anyway. Its left me with only the bike to ride and the Zed to drive. Its not very practicle to go shopping and the like on the bike. So I have been useing the 300 all the time. I am pleased to say that she has done me proud. As usual never misiing a beat. I have throughly enjoyed it. I normally wouldnt drive it too much to keep the ol' girl in good shape and for economical reasons too. (say no more). I have noticed even more so how much of an head turner it is aswell. Especially today I was sitting at a set of lights when I noticed a Police van on the other side of the road stopped and the entire contents (about 8 coppers) were staring at me. I gulped (like you do) and then realized they were admiring my car. I know I aint the only one on here that this happens to but today it was my turn and I felt really proud. :bow: To think I could have bought a Supra and blended in with the traffic? :tongue: just needed to share this. I have had a thought. (oh the pain) if you watch tele at about 2am til about 6am there is always a bloke or woman in the bottom righthand corner of the screen doing sign language. Furiously waving their hands about and mouthing words for deaf people. Now I aint sure because I dont know anyone who is deaf. BUT! are deaf people all insomniacs? I think its a pi55 take why dont they allow deaf people to use the RED button on Sky TV all through the day? Instead they have to sit up until the early hours to ..."HEAR"? the tele. :smash:

"EXACTLY" Thats what it started as!!!! My 300ZX is fantatic. Ok there are some that are a lot nicer. But they aint mine so to me not as fantastic? The same goes for a Supra owner. in my opinion the Toyota is ugly and thats why I didnt buy one. You can buy a stock "ANYTHING" but then do your own thing and make it better. So the moral of this story is "we was only joking" but as a novice in the jap sports car world I can state one fact.......every time nissan have produced a new sports car Toyota go and follow suit and bring out a "better" one? So its ok for you to live in the shadow of a superior car builder. lets see you at the POD? :tongue:

In june south side of Dartford tunnel. silver supra. Not sure what model N/A or turbo. I was sat behind him in road works. after the road works the road was clear. We both hit the gas. Left him standing. May have been non turbo as I said which would have been unfair but he went for it too. All I know was it had a big bore tail pipe and it sounded lovely. But just wasnt up to sratch. just one example to start with.
