  1. The hole where the lock should be is only a few mm wide, I can't fit through that!
  2. Yeah. Boot is locked too. Boot lock is missing though + the mechanism is in the passenger footwell.
  3. It's still here. Now with added cobwebs... bet that's a unique mod most of you guys don't have! I'm thinking they thieves will try and grab it tomorrow, as they left it here last Saturday. Brought my drill with me today to see if I can get the time to set up a camera. Had a look at the bonnet, not sure how to open it without breaking into the car myself. Anybody now how to open a 300zx bonnet using the holes in the front or sommet? Lol I have the tools and parts of a computer/laptop workshop at my disposal.
  4. Hmmmm.... Does that still count if I move the car into an abandoned warehouse? lol :P
  5. You guys are making me want a 300 :-( I looked at manta's engine, then cleaned up the drool off my desk.
  6. p.s. it's still here. Going to ring police again to see if it's been reported stolen. If it's not then I might remove battery leads. I don't wanna get my fingerprints on it though lol! I picked up my drill from home this morning and forgot to bring it to work - was going to install a new camera, set it to constant record and broadcast the cam on the internuts for you guys for some mild amusement.
  7. ooooo almost guys. The back's completely different though. Different brakes, wheels, bumper etc. Close though!
  8. Maybe it's a transform-a-car and switches between an 300/Evo. Sounds like the most reasonable explanation to me.
  9. lol @Car.Mad & @CraigTT @YTS Weazel: Yeah I've looked at it closer and it is bolted like that. Looked like it had been ripped up a bit at first lol! I'll check eBay.
  10. Hahaa sounds like a good idea. Where can you get a clamp from for a decent price nowadays? Argos? lol.
  11. There's a pic of her somewhere on my Flickr - a little out of date, though. Mostly it's bits and pieces uploaded from my phone though. There's no pics of my new wheels, tyres, front bumper (to match the LCR rear bumper) etc yet though, sorry. I'm slacking on the photos because I'm slacking on the car, lol. I still haven't fully finished the front bumper. It'll be a while til it's done because I want a custom seat badge fitted to an LCR grille... wish me luck.
  12. Well I am a supernerd! lol Hahahaa I was actually considering that! I could also do it on the grounds that it's a private parking space, and certainly not theirs! ... Ok I'll put a pic up of mine :P & @Uno... I did laugh a little bit the first time I saw it. Still feel for the guy though!
  13. Maybe I care too much! Lol But seriously, I can't help but think if - god forbid - someone nicked my car! (It's no 300zx, but I do have a highly tuned Leon Cupra TDi (mk1) capable of 2nd gear launches at 0-60 rates of under 6 seconds!) I would hope that if I were in the same situation then someone would be doing what I'm doing now :-)
  14. (Double post, very sorry) I'm also thinking of quickly buying a drill & new camera to set up some sly CCTV to catch the ****ers when they come back for it.
  15. Well I imagine it would be stolen from the West Midlands area, because that's where it is now.
