I do not order the cards for the packs one by one, I wait until there is a batch of at least 5 or more - or it wastes my time and the printers time.

First off apologies for the delay! Am really really sorry, loads of stuff came flying in with my life off the forum and smacked me in the face like a freight train! Seems to be calming down now - really sorry guys! :(
