Has anyone else had any issues with these guys? I've been waiting in all day for the collection of the headlights i'm sending to Mattymoo and they haven't appeared. I'm kinda hoping that by submitting this post they will magically appear as that seems to happen a lot with me lol.

I tried the online chat to their customer services and the only reply i got was "collections are until 1730" so they have about a minute left and then i have to go to the inlaws.

The only problem i had was with a bumper, he came to collect, stuck the label on then said can i leave it here and pick it up later cos me van is full, being a top fella, lol i said yeah sure, did he come back - did he balls!!! So i had to dick about and bloody rebook it etc etc... :rant:

 

But other than that they have been fine :)

Well i have to go out now so i've tried contacting them again but guess what they also close at 1730, all this just to try and help out a fellow Zedder. If you see this Matt i'll try and re-arrange the collection/delivery.

I hate waiting in for people to arrive and then don't turn up.

The only problem iv'e had with them is when they double charged me for 2 parcel collections, I had to wait weeks for a refund it was a right pain dealing with them. other than that fine..

Well i'm back in and there isn't even a card through the letter box to say they missed me so what a waste of a day that was, i even got my mum to walk up and sit in earlier so i could go to the garage to get my wifes car.

I won't be using them again.
