imagine you were pissing near or on the van as you knew no-one was in it(or thought there wasnt).

If the reg has been checked and it was showing as white and is now blue, that's illegal in itself so anyone caught speeding by that van should challenge it as an illegal vehicle and have their conviction quashed

i thought a speed camera van had to be in plain sight? i no what ya gonna say but it happens alot round my way they hide behind bus shelters and stuff

which i think is entrapment which is illegal in its self ?

I thought the name had changed to "Safety cameras" and they were just supposed to be placed in accident hotspots to slow traffic down not trap them.

What and miss out on the millions it nets the Government ?? :x:

Chheky Fooker, isn't that illegal and entrapment ?

I always thought it was illegal to do that, but i guess they can do what they want :( However it is not entrapment as they are not making you speed, they are just catching you do it of your own accord. ;)
