Good soundcard compatible with vista

Hi folks

 

Can anyone recommend a good soundcard for vista,got a onboard 7.1 but it wont work my 5.1 setup even though it says its compatible however would prefer a separate card,always had soundblaster in the past but when i got vista that wasnt supported either...alongside most of the other hardware:rofl:

    Dont need anything special for games etc,just something that will work 5.1 will suffice,ill check these one outs guys,cheers

    just go to somewhere like scan or overclockers and look at the cards then search the companies sites to see if they do vista drivers
