true, it may be some sort of stalling tactic... but the longer he stalls it the worse it looks to the international election observers who already think he is rigging it.. ;)

 

I already said to work yesterday that if MDC won, I'd be handing in my notifce .... however I dont think I'd rush back... I'd give it a year or two (max) for the dust to settle and I'd prob go back for good... with the Zed in tow ..... fook all speed cameras there :hyper:
