EFi fuel pumps??

Does anyone know how these are switched?-ie.once up to pressure do they stop?-like low pressure Facet pumps etc.....

    Run permanently on all the ones I've seen - the fuel pressure regulator returns any excess pressure to the tank

    Cheers Andy!-so basically I could run a 12v feed to it,a return to the tank and job done!

    Pump-fuel filter-fuel rail-regulator and return to tank
