I have been thinking and being the SW organiser have come up with this...Gloucester meets 3 a times a year...Bristol n surrounds 3 times a year, Plymouth n surrounds 3 times a year and cornwall 3 times a year but alternate them..so ...Cornwall next then gloucester any dates in mind peeps? :hyper:

I am confirmed and my brother is on the list as he will normally attends in his Zed. Doesn't look like we have a meeting place confirmed yet. As much as Perranporth has a big communal car park, it is right next to the sea and last time all the cars were covered in sewage due to the strong winds. I am happy to research an appropriate venue with good parking and cheapish grub if you (Lisa) is content.

Sorry for delay. Computer U/S - again, so have had to log on to a friends. Have put below some suggestions so if someone is able to put up some voting buttons then we could all give our preferred choice.

 

1. Fox and Hounds Pub in Lanner (not the one is Scorrier which has the same name). Should be reasonably quiet and has good parking and food. Approx 5 mins from the A30 turnoff near Redruth.

 

2. Victoria Inn at Roche. May be a little busy on a sunday but has good parking and better for those travelling from Plymouth. 5 mins off the newly built part of the A30 after Bodmin.

 

3. Pub (forgot the name) next to the MCDonalds restaurant at Fraddon - think we met here approx 3 years ago. Again, good parking and the food is pretty reasonable if I remember correctly. Obviously better for those inbound from Plymouth.

 

Over to someone who can input a voting button thread. Maybe someone else has some suggestions that they would also like included.

Yes we meet there on a cornwall meet last year to, think Retro knows the name of it, was it Premier Travel Inn? is simple to find, i don't mind where though

Will be there subject to my MOT being done in time. I finish work about 7am on the Sunday so for me the fox and hounds but as i have not made any before will travel
