Hiya All, Just thought i would say hello and intro myself....

 

My name is Jaymz and i have been registered on the site for a while now but with lots of lifes little speed bumps i've really only just got back into zed's

 

I have a pearl Yellow 1990 N/a Lwb auto that i have had for about 2 years now, but because of the above mentioned speed bumps of life i have only really just got around to sorting out my licence and getting on the road.

 

I'm currently on day 4 of 5 of my intense driving course and have my test on Sat at 9:07 :hyper:

 

As i could not fit the test/course in my home city of Coventry in the time off work i have i'm in Grantham in a little B&B and just worked out they have wifi thats free :)

 

Do we have a member with a Deep red zed that is local to the asda store (sorry i dont know road names) as im sure i spotted one the other day driving past??

 

Anyway just thought i would say hello to you all and hope to meet some of you soon.

Yeah its a weird time slot, they only do a few tests a day and finished by lunch because it gets too dark near winter/xmas (not my words lol)

 

Ive been insured since buying the car so i have 2yrs no claims under my dads insurance thats now been mirrored, ive been quoted £749 fully comp so thats not too bad.

Totally aggree, I wish I had the Z as me 1st, mine was a poxy MK2 escort estate with a shunt at the back for 250 sheets LMFAO, Ahh them was the days :hyper:

god yeah, i would rather pay stupid insurance/fuel prices than drive a nova/saxo....... too many of them in Coventry (or as we call it, Chaventry :x: )

good one, some tit in a nova said to me, ere mate is that your nissan, i replied yeah you wanna buy it, he said nor i like fast cars me like(proper chav) so i said why did you buy a vauxhall then , he said its got a f****n turbo, my reply was, WHAT JUST 1 TURBO HA HA HA HA I could'nt stop laffin :bow: prase the ZED. welcome to the club mate.

Haha i know, its crazy....don't forget tho, add a drain pipe to the zorst and an ironing board on the back and thats an extra 400+ bhp easy!!

Wasnt as bad as i thought it would be.

 

And only got 3 minors so not too bad.
