I guess that's because he doesn't drive for for Ferrari - the only team who are 'allowed' to cheat by the FIA.

If you penalize one team for breaking the rules then surely the same goes for all other teams. + Can anyone remember David Coultard getting disqualified for using none race fuel. One of the few races that Coultard Won at Williams

after Damon Hill and Schumacker has had a coming together and off.

I just think its a Ferrari thing, if they can't win they cry.

 

Remember when Mika and DC trounced the field in Australia and DC let Mika past? active brakeing wasn't it, Ferrari cryed then and McClaren had to take it off.

Ferrari won the first race of this season in a car equipped with technology that wasn't permitted in the rule book. However, they were told not to use it again and allowed to keep the win.

 

A couple of years back when TC was not permitted, Ferrari had such a sophisticated engine management system the FIA couldn't actually prove that the car was equipped with TC (although you could hear it operating). They decided that it was a disadvantage for everyone else (ie the teams who adhered to the rules), and so TC was permitted the following year. Ferrari (Schumacher) won the championship that year of course. I'm not saying it was because of that, the guy was a superhuman robot and Ross Brawn is an awesome Race Tactician, but it can't have hindered them at all.

im sure this was why they didnt let him win this year (im sure we all thought it was odd to have a faulty gearbox computer for 30 secs and then it was ok the rest of the race ??????)total *****x if the same thing happens next year i wont bother watching f1 ever again . let him do his job and he will win

He lost because McClaren made a few mistakes. They should pay Ross Brawn whatever it takes to be their Race Tactician. It certainly wouldn't be as much as their $100M fine !

They just can't handle the fact that the Playstation generation has the real skill. There'll be others like Hamilton coming out of nowhere in the next few years, I'm sure.
