No jokes about it i would get a zed if it wasn a 3litre so you have to start somewhere!

No see over here we have a different system.....its a complete sham but still:

1) Pass a theory test which gives you the right to a provisional licence...fully licenced driver supposed to be in the car with you..police do not inforce it

2) Apply for the driving test(lessons not needed) then wait the year long wait and then pass the test to get the Full Licence!!

 

I know people who have been driving for 5 and 6years and are still driving on a provisional as it is not inforced that you need a fully licenced driver in the car...you can go on the motorways if you want and everything even though law stat's it is illegal!

 

so you hav'nt past your test then, and they would still insure you in a 155mph + car at a price of course? Are you planning to get a car and drive it with a compitant driver with you all the time? Your girl will love that lol or are you going to take your test? Advisable.

Nope aint passed a test!! And they will insure me on nearly anythin once im willing to pay!! Of course im not going to have a compitant driver with me...that would just be stupid...im planning on using the car for the purpose of having a backseat!
