Well after losing our dream house then losing our next choice we were gutted and have been facing the fact that we may be living in a tent soon or even worse having to move in with my parents :hurl:

 

But after lots of hanging around estate agents and changing our requirements a little we have just had an offer accepted on another property and looks like this time it should (touches every bit of wood around) ok :)

didnt really want a new build but it ticked all the boxes, nothing exciting about the house but its got all the rooms we need, the kitchen is shite but its the first job we will do on it but at least its got a garage so it will please mantav8 ;)

 

so after many sleepless nights i will be getting very drunk tonight and sleeping well :duffer:

why is it that the house im buying which is the double of that is costing me 250k..........i wouldnt mind but bowden isnt that special
