Marie-Anne and I cannot thank you enough for all your kind words, comments and support at this awkward time. As you can appreciate Vickie is totally shell shocked, she had known Charles nearly all her life and they had been together at school from as far back as Playgroup. Even though he wont say so out loud, Christopher, her twin brother is very relieved that she is safe, but also very sad at the death of Charles.
Things were made more worrying as Christopher had a driving lesson first thing this morning, with duel carriageway training at 70 mph. You can't wrap them in cotton wool, but this gives all the more reason for thorough driving instruction as mentioned by Fairlady Z girl.
As you can see from the attached picture Vickie is a pretty, happy, bubbly young woman and we are so greatful to have her back safe with us tonight.
She has managed to speak to some of her friends and family tonight and their support over the coming weeks/months will be crucial to her.
JJP - James thank you so much for taking the time to talk with her tonight, we know you probably found it hard, but she really appreciated it and anything we can do to support her at this time is important.
We'll give it a few days and let her read through the previous post, It will be good for her to know that there are some bloody decent people out there. I am sure when she is up to it she will post a few words of thanks. Her Grandmother was over earlier and was very moved by everybodys words.
We'll keep you posted as to how she is getting along.
