I have taken the liberty of rewording it slightly. I don't use MS Word on this machine, so hopefully the formatting hasn't been screwed up too much.

I wasn't there so it's kind of none of my business but...

 

 

Your letter is great for sticking the boot in - and it sounds like the witch deserved it.

 

But there's something to be said for being welcome there again and maybe even getting a discount next time too. And you'll still get the person who laid into you *****cked as well. If so, I'd make the following adjustments..

When mentioning the club, it might be worth mentioning andy Charity runs or events we have taken part in, just for good measure.

 

It always help to elevate things alittle when speaking to customer servise head honchos.

You may want to mention the Supra club were also confronted and told the manager that they could not eat as the pub was full so decided to wait until it emptied a little, giving her arguement of our presence turning away customers little credibility.

 

If you would like I acn get in touch with one of the organisers of the Supra club and ask if he would back you up with that statement.

That would be a nice idea, I sent the head office copy by E mail. The pub

copy is by post so they will be a few days apart
