going back to a genuine 99 spec zed and the thing that you cant get one imported cause its less than 10 years old does that mean in 2009 you would be able to get one without the sva check

No, it'll still need a SVA check, the same as importing a 1996 now will, but should fly through once the useuall MOT items have been done to it.

 

BTW, you should be able to start importing the 99 spec face lifted version from 2008, as they were started to be built then! Unless the rules state that it's based on the original registration date, not 100% sure

im asking because after much thinking and mind changing i'm going to get an R33 GTR to tide me over for a few years till i can get a real mint 99 zed imported then if i can i will keep both but keep the zed real mint and stock. so my GTR would be for modding and the pod :dance: going to have to save for a few months to get a GTR as i want a good one.
