ive just dwn loaded firefox, (my internet provider is aol), now when i sign on to the internet, do i just double click firefox, or do i double click aol first, then doubble click firefox (its very slow to open pages in firefox)

youre doing it right mate, when u reboot it should fall into place

Yep .. Firefox is a very good web browser, Opera is even better but all the webpages need to be coded well in order for Opera to render correctly. Trouble is not all design houses code to those standards.

AOL. :shock: Change from these mate.I've run firefox for over a year, much better than internet explorer and less virus's. :D

Anybody using the new Firefox 2?

Installed it a few days ago and having lots of problems with it crashing :(

I had the RC3 version and just downloaded the final version which appears to be the same anyway.

Same problems with both.

 

Really like the restore session function though :)

You can switch on and open all the pages you were viewing before you shut down or crashed.

I`m using 1.5.0.7 with no problems so far

Yes 1.5 was great, never had a problem with any previous version but since installing 2 it seems to crash every 10 minutes :(
