Wahoo :D Noisy bit fixed :D

Had a loose heat shield over the back section of the exhaust (section looks like a bra sort of), it was flapping all over the shop and making a racket at 1250 and 1750 rpm. Sounded awful :(

Got the back wheel up on a ramp and climbed underneath armed with a screwdriver, found it, went to try and remove it and managed to jam it in place strangely by accident and now it makes no noise at all, brill :D

Only a few more bits to do to save micky sorting them for its MOT :D

lol, not that many. Just the handbrake still doesn't work, the shocks/hicas arms are worn (maybe both i don't know) and the UVJ needs replacing but i just can't afford the time out to do it. Dropping it round mickey's in a couple of weeks to let him sort it out.

I'm starting to make a list now, wish I hadn't some things under the bonnett, in order to up grade and prolong the life of the engine and turbos etc wheels and lots of cosmetic stuff. The slippery path to Mods has been calling me, and like a complete idot I've answered oh yes please. LOL

keep the dump valves mate

yeah but i forgot to declare them when i started my insurance policy :(

Don't worry about it you can still inform them. We did the same with the REX and the insurance said oh that's fine, no extra charge as that improves on wear and tear.

Very nice for us, so you never know, quite what they are gonna do. I asked what if the cars hit and they get damaged are they still covered oh yes the guy says as long as you've informed us of them.

Some are right ********* and would either add more on the insurance payment or even worse if you didn't inform them and you made a claim would refuse to pay up saying you'd made the policy null and void.

You could always inquire saying you were thinking of installing them

well i'll give them a ring. See what they say, i can't afford to pay any more on the insurance for them flipping things.

I'll see how much an aftermarket exhaust would be as well while i'm at it :D hehe
