Took the missus to see Whitesnake at Birmingham Arene last night , i was really looking forward to this , been a fan for years.

We get in , watch the support act called ..The Answer ..an irish rock band , not bad , a bit led zepellin-ish.

Whitesnake come on , do the first song then tells everyone he wasn,t feeling well but he,d soldier on but every time there was an instrumental bit he was running off stage and re,appearing when the vocals started.

This went on for four songs , then he just says he can,t carry on , he was throwing up backstage and they,ll have to cancell and re- organise the gig for another night :cry: :cry:

As you can imagine there were alot of dissapointed folk there . :headvswal

Ah well , looks like another drive to birmingham one night. :headvswal

Gutted for you mate, just borrowed their best of from a mate: very good stuff. Knew most of the songs, much to my surprise actually, since I was a nipper when they were really big. Amazing how many songs you don't know are by Whitesnake. Under better circumstances I'm sure they'd be class live.

thats a shame bud cause they are fantastic,,i watched there live dvd concert today ,,,so hang in there bud and wait till they re schedual
