I just got to borrow a gizzmo that times your 0-60 times, after working it out I got a time of 6.25.

 

Hows that and whats yours.

 

By the way I'm pretty stock apart from a induction kit and exaust.

yes thats what my times are recorded with. It will be as accurate as your Speed sensor is (which at 60mph should be pretty correct).

 

It starts the timer automatically as soon as you start to move, and stops it as soon as you reach 60mph (or any speed, as its fully customizable)

 

Far more accurate than using a stopwatch and watching your speedo.

4.8 secs 0-60 in my auto :)

I hope to do some stopwatch thing with my carputer and Conzult for 0-60's. My big problem accelerating fast is i often miss the change from 2nd to 3rd gear duh. I have a Jap TT SWB so i would expect it to get 5.0 seconds for sure :wack:

Using Datscan this afternoon :

 

0-60mph : 4.78 secs

0-100mph : 11.97 secs

 

...with lots(too much) of wheelspin, and I changed gear just before 100mph :slap: so that can be improved on further. :nana2:

Editing my video i looked at the time between frames from when speed lifts off to when i got to 60 which is 4.96 secs

soons as i get my datascan this is one of the first things i want to try, my car doesnt feel that fast but hopefully this can confirm if its peforming right or not.. watch this space

Anyone know the weight of swb? then i'll give a time later. (if it stops raining!)
