Anyone out there with golf club insurance experiance?

 

Golf club which is my neighbor has had some patrons flying balls into the car park and they have hit my mebers cars. They beleive the owner of the car should claim on thier insurance, I think that is fundamentaly wrong.

I beleive that all golf clubs should cary insurance to cover this sort of thing, I was lead to beleive that all golfers should also cary insurance for the same reason.

Well I have my own insurance, if I hit a ball into the carpark im negligent and if it hit's a car I need to pay, golfers used to have moreles when it was a sport of the gentry now papa and mama chavs play, well you know.
