what tax are we paying under the new car tax bands? pre oct2004 we were taxed on cc,after oct 2004 it went on emmissions.now we have new bands,do we still get taxed on cc or will we be regraded after our next mot which will show our emmissions? we paid £165 last time are we now expected to pay £210?

    edit - i'll elaborate on that. The new bands are for new cars.
