Hi guys, just bought a Z the other day, its a bit of a binner but it was cheap and bought with restoration in mind, its a `91 UK TT auto in Sunburst Pearl (that has to go!!). Its got loads of problems the chief of which is it wont boost above 2-3psi (but i will head over to Help and Advice for that). This is my first Turbo car (apart from a diesel that is) and also my first auto so if I ask any stupid questions please bear with me.

Here`s the first:- Are there any good Zed specialists near Perth in Scotland?

Cheers

Mark

Neither unfortunately its a WP, its okay but a bit heavy I should have saved a few more pennies back then and got an SRAD but att it was my first mentalist sportbike and a big step up from the GPZ600R so it was probably one of my wiser moves (not that I have many ;) ).

Nowt wrong with WP's fella!! Good bike that! Fairly large step up form the old Kwacker aswell!! :D

Enjoy your Z buddy, and i hope you get the boosting probs sorted soon! :)

Hi Mark, I am from Dundee. I think we are pretty stuck on a specialist. There are a few Jap tuners around, but more general business. The ones that spring into my mind is:

AWD - Perth I think (Basically a subaru place).

Star Performance - Kirkaldy.

Cairneyhill (cant remember their new name)- in Cairneyhill near dunfermline.

There are a couple of us nearby you, myself, Craig (tealing) and Brett (Leuchers).

There are some over towards Kirkaldy too. Give me a shout and we could meet up sometime, I could even have a wee look at your car. I am no great mechanic but I know some basics.

Welcome

I`ve tried AWD and Star and neither of the will take it on, I really don`t fancy taking it to the local Nissan dealer, can anyone think of anywhere else??????

Try RJM in glenrothes, not Z specialists but they do quite a bit of performance motors and seem to be pretty good.

now you notice on this thread not a lot of hellos compared to the lady who joined the other night,i wonder why,,,,,welome bud to the site
