FAO-website designers-needed ASAP

hi basicly i wanted to know whether there are any people who if paid a fee would be able to create a very basic website, the web pages are done however php coding alongside mysql connection is needed, inorder for it to be fully functional.

 

If there is anyone who can help please pm me asap and i will get back to you as soon as i can!

    I have seen some of his work on PHP ans mySQL etc and it is good...
