A middle eastern immigrant arrives in London

He stops the first person he sees walking down the street and says

"Thank you Mr. Eglishman for letting me in this country, and

giving me housing, money , free medical care and free education!"

 

But the passer-by says "You are mistaken comrade, I am Russian ".

 

The man goes on and encounters another passer-by. "Thank you for

having such a beautiful country here in England !"

 

The person says "I no Englsh , I Chinese."

 

The new arrival walks further, and the next person he sees he

stops, shakes his hand and says "Thank you for the wonderful

Great Britain !"

 

That person puts up his hand and says "I am from Poland !"

 

He finally sees a nice lady and asks suspiciously, "Are you an

english lady?

 

She says, "No, I am from Kosovo !"

 

So he is puzzled, and asks her, "Where are all the englsih people?"

 

The Kosovan lady looks at her watch, shrugs, and says,"Probably at

work!"

:rant: yep so we can pay for subsidized flights for people who live in the Highlands and Islands and Outer Hebridese.

 

Being paid for by the Scotish Parliment. Thats spends 4 times more than Taxes raise in Scotland allready. So thats more English tax payers money.

 

Just the same as everywhere you go now there putting new roundabouts in that arn't needed and nobody wants, Widening pavements and putting in one way systems and out off town car parks so that people carn't get near there local shops and because now no cars go down the streets people don't feel safe, so got to Tescos. Then there are bypasses to no where so all the councils spend all their money so their buggett arn't cut for next year.

 

Yet while millions are being wasted by these local representertives of democracy the government are cutting are armed forces buggets and allowing anyone to vilify everything our soldiers do.

 

I think the papers who attack our lads should have their knucles firmly slapped. How can our lads stand a chance of bringing law and order over there while all across the Arab world were saying our boys are Evil and lawless, that we are ashamed of their behavour. I'm not, their just about the only thing left in this shitty little country you can still be proud of. If some fooker chucked a hand granade at me I'd want to give him more than a good hidding. Our lads have to be firm and I think a lot of the little toe rags over here would behave much better if they thought they'd get a beeting if they get caught.

 

Rant over, but I know where I'd rather my Taxes went and it's not for unwanted town up grades and subsidised flights for Highlanders :rant:
