fibreglass fan shroud

im wanting a fibreglass fan shroud does anyone know where i can get one?

ive seen a website in US that does them but they only do them to order and i dont fancy getting one from over there.

i know smithy does the carbon fibre one but im planning on painting it :(

if not does anyone have any tips on making one.
