As above !!

Had my Zed around 3 weeks now and got the centre bearing sorted yesterday. So she got her 1st real blast today ! :hyper: :D :hyper: :D

Nipped into Glasgow city centre really early with my daughter, got some last minute pressies and then scamped back up the M8 ! :D

Gave the young dude in the Vectra sri 150 a fright !! ;) Actually went by my 2 junctions just to stay on longer !

Now I know why I kept coming back to this site after I had to sell my first one.

This one is here to stay tho ! ;)

A "Scottish" Merry Christmas to all members,

Alan...........

M77 !! So many speed cameras !! So much profit ?

Take care mate, supposed to be icy tomoz !

Merry Xmas,

Alan........

Welcome back Alan :)

Merry Xmas buddy

Rich

The only really dangerous bit is the flying mile with 2 cameras about a mile apart, just north of the Prestwick roundabout on the dual! I would bet thats where they caught the 36 plonckers during the first three months operation. On all the other long stretches there are so many roundabouts and hold ups you could hardly ever even do an average 60 on the single carriageway or 70 on the dual. If you could keep a tally on your average speed you could still get up to mischief on the longer bits. What is really irritating is peeps rigidly stuck in the outside lane at 65mph believing their speed is 70 and being damned if you can pass them. Also the ploncks that jump on the brakes as they go under specs cameras, prolly got the foglights on as well. Thanks to gps you can see your real speed. When its busy and there are big trucks I tuck up close behind for a mo so the Specs cant see your number!

Also it isnt fair that bikes get away with it. If the twats that designed it just pointed the cameras the other way the bikes would be nailed as well. Maybe said twat was a biker and not so twat after all!

easy way around specs camera's, make your front number plate mysteriuously fall off ;)

Not much problem with cameras when heading for Kilmarnock from Glasgow.

just watch for the traffic cop layby near Fenwick.

I know....i dont speed anyway just a cruise to Killie and back to Barrhead.

Feels good, dont it ?? :)

Took mine out today, round the shop.

Didnt need to as the works van, my daughters car and my Vectra were all there.

But really icy roads and wee narrow streets lets you drift away to your hearts content without doing your tyres in !! :D

Alan......

Great feeling to get behind the wheel of a z again after a while. Just feels right doesn't it? Good on ya Bigmincey :) :duffer:
