Wheel fitment change, can ya do this???

ok, got the chance of a set of 18" MOMO racer wheels, BUT they're from a 5 series BMW, 5 stud but 120 pdc (or pcd can never decide) and not 114.3 as I need...

 

so, can u make a conversion plate, or better still just buy one??

 

my mate sed he can make me a custom one, but is this possible?
